Cada vez es m\u00e1s com\u00fan encontrarlo ya preparado y congelado, lo que permite disfrutar de una comida japonesa aut\u00e9ntica en casa en solo unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Este plato se basa en los fideos \u201cudon\u201d que son gruesos, suaves, ligeramente el\u00e1sticos y elaborados a partir de harina de trigo. A diferencia del ramen tradicional, que utiliza fideos m\u00e1s finos, el udon aporta una textura m\u00e1s consistente y saciante.<\/p>\n<p>El t\u00e9rmino \u201cShoyu\u201d hace referencia al caldo de salsa de soja, que es uno de los m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sicos de la cocina japonesa. Lo he cocido durante 8 minutos, logrando una yema ligeramente cremosa y despu\u00e9s lo he macerado en salsa de soja durante 12 horas en fr\u00edo.
