Poner aceite en un wok y rehogarla. Rallarle un diente de ajo, una punta de jengibre y un chorrito de soja. Mezclar y darle un par de vueltas para que se integren todos los ingredientes, pero no m\u00e1s, ya que nos interesa que el pato no se quede muy deshecho. Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente y reservar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Extender la masa de hojaldre y cortar c\u00edrculos utilizando un molde de emplatar. Poner en el centro una cucharada del preparado anterior y cerrarlo bien (deben quedar como unos panecillos rellenos). Atar con hilo de cocina d\u00e1ndole forma de calabacitas. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poner en la bandeja de la Airfryer sobre papel sulfurizado. Pinchar las calabazas con un palillo, pintar con una mezcla de yema de huevo, aceite y crema de leche. Espolvorear con s\u00e9samo tostado humedecido para que no se queme.
