Se cultiva en China, Indonesia y Jap\u00f3n, donde es considerada una planta sagrada y un alimento legendario.<\/p>\n<p>Su sabor es sutilmente dulce, con una textura que puede describirse como una mezcla entre la de una patata cruda y un apio, siendo capaz de mantener su crujiente textura incluso despu\u00e9s de ser cocinada.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Estos chips son muy crujientes hechos en la Airfryer. Hacer una mezcla con los aceites y las especias.
